We are thrilled to share the latest results from the 2023 National Student Outcomes Survey and NSW Government’s Smart and Skilled Provider Snapshot. These independent reports reflect our commitment to providing high-quality, accessible education and training, empowering individuals and building stronger communities.
The results are a testament to the impact of our Training Courses designed to meet workforce demands while helping students overcome barriers to education and employment.
Exceptional Employment and Personal Outcomes
Macquarie Community College continues to support students in gaining vital skills, qualifications, and confidence, enabling them to find employment or advance in their careers. The survey shows:
- 97% of students reported receiving at least one personal benefit from their training, significantly higher than the peer group average of 77% and the overall provider average of 82%.
- 89% of students experienced at least one employment benefit, far exceeding the peer group average of 70% and the overall average of 73%.
- 94% of students found training to be relevant to their job after training, also exceeding the peer group average of 72% and the overall average of 72%.
These benefits demonstrate how our courses, including those in Business, Childcare, Community Services, Computer skills, English language, Hospitality and Job Ready skills, positively impact lives.
Macquarie Community College High Training Satisfaction Rates
We pride ourselves on fostering a learning environment that our students appreciate.
According to the survey 94% of students expressed satisfaction with the overall quality of their training — well above the peer group average of 73% and and overall averages of 78%.
