Open Day – Sat 2 February (10am-2pm)
Come along to our family friendly Open Day at the Carlingford Campus (263 Marsden Rd, Carlingford).
There’s lots of FREE open classes and demonstrations held throughout the day! Plus, a petting zoo, face painting and sausage sizzle, so bring the whole family along!

Seniors Week – Mon 18 Feb – Fri 22 Feb (3-5pm daily)
At Macquarie Community College, we strongly believe in lifelong learning! If you are 60 years old* and over, then you can come and experience our Seniors Week celebration.
Each day, we will have different FREE taster classes for you to take part in. Each class runs from 3-4pm and 4-5pm each day at our Carlingford Campus (263 Marsden Rd, Carlingford – except for Table Tennis at Marsfield).
You can experience:
- Computer – Cyber Safety, How to Use Smartphones
- Sport & Fitness: Yoga and Meditation, Dru Yoga, Table Tennis
- Creative Writing: Introduction, Writing Memoirs
- Flower Arrangement
- Foreign Languages – Introduction to Spanish, Chinese Mandarin, Japanese
- Life Coaching – Setting Goals in Retirement
- Calligraphy – Create a bookmark
- Drawing and Painting
- Dressmaking – Introduction
- Dancing – Jive, Cha Cha, Rhumba, Samba and Ballroom
Plus, each day we will enjoy a cultural afternoon tea together! Come along and take part in a fun filled week of activities.
