Being a Supermum has taken its toll, according to local Life Coach, Lisa Stallard. Marriages are failing, anti-depressants are on the rise and we’re experiencing an increase in childhood mental illness. Lisa’s observations are backed by statistics.
1:3 marriages are ending in divorce, the number of adults on anti-depressants has doubled since 2000. And approximately 14% of children and teenagers have suffered from a mental illness.
“As a life coach, I wanted to do something to make a positive difference, so I wrote a program that helps women tap into their feminine essence and re-balance their lives,” Lisa Stallard said.
Recently recognised as a Finalist in the 2017 Altitude Business Awards, the Inspiring Females Program highlights feminine qualities that put the spark back in marriages and make kids feel loved again.
You’ll learn about the power of unconditional love, why appreciation is important to men, and how to receive more.
“Women have natural leadership abilities – we bring the best out in people, and feel comfortable thinking with our hearts and trusting our intuition and wisdom. We’re also great communicators. This helps create empathy, makes people feel understood and solves problems,” Lisa said.
This program is about fulfilling your own unique potential, and this is different for everyone.
Benefits of the program include: better relationships, happier children, more abundance, time to relax, and greater confidence in your leadership abilities as a mum, in the community, at work or in business.
Held at the Macquarie Evening College, starting July 26, Wednesday nights for 8 weeks. For more information or to enrol online, please Click Here or call Lisa Stallard on 0403 613 654.
