After a couple of years of constant change and adaptation, we encourage you to set some New Year's Resolutions this year to help you:
1. Do something for yourself
You may have spent many months homeschooling or working long hours remotely. Make sure you take some time to do something for yourself and de-stress.
Take 3 minutes out of your day and practise a Meditation technique called 'Grounding' with our Meditation tutor, Katherine. Click here for more Meditation videos.
2. Get into a positive mindset
Setting goals will help you focus on your priorities, start the year off positively, get you into good habits and set you up for success this year.
3. Grow your skills
If you have always wanted to pick up a new skill, hobby, or learn a new language, the beginning of the year is the perfect time to start fresh!
We have lots of short courses available this term, including sports and fitness, arts and craft, foreign languages, music, self improvement and more!
4. Change your career
Now's the time to upskill or reskill! Through JobTrainer and Smart & Skilled, there's lots of FEE-FREE* nationally accredited courses that the Government is funding this year.
You can study Certificate and Diploma courses in Aged Care, Disability Care, Child Care, Business & Computing Skills.
