Polymer Clay Jewellery

Course Overview

Join this creative course to learn how to create stunning earrings, beads, brooches, rings, pendants and other jewellery pieces from colourful polymer clay, for yourself, as gifts or as saleable craft items!

Polymer clay is very versatile and can be moulded or sculpted into any shape you can imagine. It can then be hardened by baking in your own oven. This makes it perfect for making wonderful unique pieces of jewellery.

You will learn about the different types of polymer clay, the variety of tools and moulds that are available, how to prepare your clay and how to make your jewellery pieces. Then you will learn the tips and tricks to finish off your jewellery so that it will last.

Once you learn the basics, you can start creating your own pieces, letting your creative ideas flow. If you love handmade jewellery, this is the course for you!

Macquarie Community College operates from a range of venues across Northern and Western Sydney. We have campuses in Blacktown, Carlingford, Chatswood, Epping, Mt Druitt, Richmond, and Ryde. Enrol now!
