- Students will become familiar with a series of yoga poses and relaxation techniques to assist with relief from pain, discomfort, stress and anxiety in the body
- Students will experience the unique experience of the iyengar style of yoga

Entry requirements
This level is for the complete beginner and assumes no prior knowledge. It will also suit students with some basic experience.
