This Seniors Dog course equips you with the knowledge to connect with your senior dog body check routine, and ways to manage aging issues.

During this Seniors Dog course, we will look at body language, triggers, separation anxiety, and other common dog issues that arise in the senior dog. Sometimes the smallest of actions can make big differences.

Delve into the fascinating world of dog behaviour to help you gain a deeper understanding of your dog’s physical and mental needs and to enhance the bond between you and your canine companion.

At the end of the course you will feel confident and better equipped to recognise changes in the senior dog and be able to better manage your dog’s needs as they grow into retirement. You will also have information on dog activities to enrich your dog’s life.

Entry requirements

Students should either have a dog or have owned a dog prior with an interest in learning more about dogs in general.

Completion of the Pre-Questionnaire provided by the college if possible before the commencement of the workshop.

  • Select the non-accredited short course you are interested in.
  • Find a day and time that suits your schedule.

Note: Enrolment is open to anyone 18 years or older.

Step 2 - Enrol and Verify

  • Click ‘Enrol Now’ after selecting your course and schedule.
  • Enter your details on the enrolment page.
  • Verify your email through a secure link sent to your email address.
  • Complete the secure checkout and payment process.

Step 3 - Receive Your Enrolment Details
