Living through major events and world history – family history can be a fascinating read. If you’re planning to publish and sell, or simply just want to provide a record for current and future family members, writing your family history is a rewarding experience.
Join an award-winning authorPaula Roe as we build and shape your writing into a cohesive and readable account of your family history. We will discuss the various ways to structurally plan your work, where to research, how to credit documentation and resources, complete practical editing exercises, plus discuss where to publish your writing.

- Provide tools so participants can format, edit and revise their work
- Share information on where to get their work published

By the end of the course you will:
- Gain an understanding of the technical aspects of writing their family history and where to publish their work
- Completed various writing exercises
- Formulate and develop an efficient filing system for their information
