3 Hours, Theory Plus Practical
- Brief history of tea
- Different categories of tea, tea wares
- Brewing techniques for different types of tea
- Practical appreciation of green tea, white tea, yellow tea, oolong tea, black tea & pu’er tea
Course outcome
It is intended that by the end of the course students will be able to differentiate and recognize different types of tea, tea wares and according to their own needs to be able to choose the right tea and tea wares to brew and appreciate the perfect cuppa.
