Entry requirements
No prior experience, as this course is suitable for a beginner.
What you need to provide
- Please bring a meditation cushion (if you have back issues &/or prefer to not sit on the floor), students can also sit on a chair if preferred
- Bring your own yoga mat if preferred (as you will be lying down for the relaxation exercise)
- Bring a layer of warmth (i.e. shawl/wrap etc.) as body temperature can drop while in relaxation mode

- Students sign a medical/ information form at the first class.
- If you are new to exercise or have a pre-existing condition, please seek information from your GP before participating.
