Course Overview

Learn to Massage workshop illustrates the beneficial ways in which massage can proactively combat common ailments, relieve stress, dissolve muscle tension and improve circulation.

Learn to Massage workshop covers massage therapy, basic anatomy, stretching, strengthening and flexibility exercises and postural analysis. This is a great gift idea for a partner or friend – come along and learn together!

By the end of Learn to Massageworkshop, students will have an understanding of how to perform basic massage techniques and incorporate a range of techniques to provide a full body massage to family and friends.

What you need to know

Entry requirements

This level is for the complete beginner and assumes no prior knowledge. Participants will need to complete a health screening form on arrival

What you need to provide

  • Participants should wear light, comfortable clothing and bring a towel, water.

Step 1 - Choose Your Course

  • Select the non-accredited short course you are interested in.
  • Find a day and time that suits your schedule.

Note: Enrolment is open to anyone 18 years or older.

Step 2 - Enrol and Verify

  • Click ‘Enrol Now’ after selecting your course and schedule.
  • Enter your details on the enrolment page.
  • Verify your email through a secure link sent to your email address.
  • Complete the secure checkout and payment process.

Step 3 - Receive Your Enrolment Details

  • For Online Zoom classes, a Zoom link and password will be emailed the day before class. Use the same link and password for subsequent sessions if applicable.
