What you will learn
Course outline
During the course, various exercises and positions will be learnt to assist with improving the body's core stability and posture. Small groups only and individual exercises are given for the class to work through. Most exercises have varying levels of difficulty to suit a wide range of participants.

Students will be able to use these practices to improve their fitness.

No prior experience is necessary.- Students sign a medical/information form at the first class.
