Course Overview
Tai Chi is more than just gentle exercise, it is an exploration of internal skill (nei gong), through refined relaxation, body alignment and mental focus (mindfulness). This is known in Chinese as “sung”. This holistic and natural approach, based on Chinese philosophy and Chinese traditional medicine, can create a resilient quality in the whole body.
Tai Chi course will open the methods and techniques that have been practiced by the Chinese for centuries.
In Tai Chi course you will learn how to increase concentration, reduce stress, boost energy and improve overall well being. Tai chi’s slow gentle and tranquil movements can encourage mind and body harmony. The graceful movements of Tai chi can lower high blood pressure, improve cardiovascular and metabolic efficiency, ventilate the lungs, strengthen the bones and muscles, and loosen the joints.
