Course Overview
Zumba® takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

The course is offering the following components:

Course outcome
At the end of the course you would have danced to a variety of rhythms, from cha cha to merengue, Brazilian funk to Afrobeat, salsa to hip hop, tribal to cumbia, bhangra and Bollywood with some belly dance thrown in.

Entry requirements
Prerequisites:- Ability to walk and stand alone
- Open mind to learn and desire to engage in physical activities and exercises
- Medical clearance from your physician if you have health conditions
What you need to provide
- Comfortable exercise attire which stretches with your movements
- A bottle of water
- A small towel for sweat
